These terms govern access to the Genie-us Software™ website and products for the current approved public release.
Release boundary: This document is approved and governed by the canonical legal configuration for the current public release.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using an approved service, you agree to the published terms and confirm that you have legal capacity and authority to act for yourself or the identified organization. Intake submission does not guarantee approval, payment acceptance, fulfillment, or installation confirmation.
2. The services
Genie-us Software, Inc. offers public information, DiscoveryPass™, CoreOS™, intake, support, feedback, and Installation Check experiences. Service scope is limited to the description and evidence actually provided.
3. Accounts, authority, and accurate information
You must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and installation links, use only authorized purchasing routes, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under access you control.
4. DiscoveryPass™
DiscoveryPass™ is an initial governed experience for approved real client work. A request is subject to review and does not create guaranteed access, a service level, or a paid subscription.
5. CoreOS™
CoreOS™ v1.0 is offered at $499 USD as a one-time purchase for one individual person. The approved purchase includes delivery of the installable software package, installation instructions, Installation Check guidance, and the published support path. The approved cancellation route is /support/.
6. Orders, payment, taxes, and delivery
Orders may be accepted through an approved card, invoice, or institutional route. You authorize approved charges and applicable taxes. We do not collect payment-card data through the public intake forms. An order is not fulfilled until the applicable payment or approval is confirmed, the approved package or access instructions are delivered, and any required customer installation boundary is satisfied.
7. Refunds and cancellation
CoreOS™ v1.0 is a one-time digital product. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and non-waivable statutory rights are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
8. Customer content and confidential information
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under the approved policy. Do not submit information you lack authority to use or unnecessary secrets, regulated identifiers, or confidential client data.
9. AI systems and professional judgment
AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for review, professional judgment, client obligations, legal and ethical duties, and decisions made from outputs. The services do not replace legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, professional obligations, and stated technical boundaries.
11. Third-party platforms and services
Third-party AI platforms, payment processors, email, and other services are governed by their own terms. Availability or reference does not imply endorsement or a formal partnership.
12. Intellectual property and feedback
Genie-us Software, Inc. and its licensors retain rights in the services, software, marks, and documentation. If you provide feedback, you authorize its use to improve the services without transferring ownership of your confidential client content.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled for the current public release.
14. Security and service changes
We may implement security controls, maintenance, and reasonable service changes. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised unless an approved written agreement states otherwise.
15. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful use, breach, nonpayment, harm to others, or as required by law, subject to applicable rights and any approved agreement.
16. Warranties and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis except as otherwise stated in an approved written agreement.
17. Limitation of liability
Liability is governed by these Terms and Conditions, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
18. Governing law and disputes
Dispute procedures are governed by these Terms and Conditions, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law.
19. Export, sanctions, and compliance
You may not use the services in violation of export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption rules, or other applicable law.
20. Changes to terms
Changes will be published with an updated date and any notice or consent required by law.
