Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Genie-us Software™ website, DiscoveryPass™, CoreOS™ software licenses, purchases, software delivery, installation guidance, and support.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Genie-us Software products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have legal capacity and authority to act for yourself or the identified organization.
2. The services
Genie-us Software, Inc. offers public information, DiscoveryPass™, CoreOS™ software, software delivery, installation guidance, support, and feedback. CoreOS™ v1.0 is installable software for supported third-party AI environments.
3. Authority and accurate information
You must provide accurate information, protect licensed software packages and delivery links, use only authorized purchasing routes, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity in the third-party AI environment where you install the software.
4. DiscoveryPass™
DiscoveryPass™ is a free seven-day experience designed to help determine how CoreOS™ may fit real work. A request is subject to review and does not create a paid subscription or hosted software account.
5. CoreOS™ v1.0 software license
A $499 USD one-time purchase provides one CoreOS™ v1.0 software license for one individual person and the corresponding installable software package for a supported AI environment. Organizations purchasing for multiple people may contact Genie-us Software for volume licenses or volume pricing.
6. Orders, payment, taxes, and fulfillment
Orders may be accepted through an approved card, invoice, or institutional route. You authorize approved charges and applicable taxes. We do not collect payment-card data through public intake forms. Payment confirmation, software delivery, and customer installation are distinct states.
7. Software delivery and installation
CoreOS™ v1.0 is delivered as an installable software package with installation instructions for a supported AI environment. Depending on the selected environment, the package may be provided as a Markdown installation package or Claude Code skills ZIP. Installation is performed by the customer. The included local Installation Check may be used to confirm that the CoreOS™ instructions or skills are present and ready for use. Installation support is available through approved support channels.
8. Third-party AI environments
Third-party platform availability, accounts, features, permissions, service levels, and terms remain outside Genie-us Software's control. A CoreOS™ license does not include or replace any third-party platform subscription, account, or license required for the environment where CoreOS™ is installed.
9. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and disputes
The CoreOS™ v1.0 license is purchased for a one-time fee and does not auto-renew. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and non-waivable statutory rights are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
10. Customer content and confidential information
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide and support the products and services you choose.
11. AI systems and professional judgment
AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for review, professional judgment, client obligations, legal and ethical duties, and decisions made from outputs.
12. Acceptable use
You must use Genie-us Software products and services lawfully, responsibly, consistently with professional obligations, and within stated product boundaries. Additional guidance is available in the Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Software license and intellectual property
CoreOS™ v1.0 is licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Genie-us Software, Inc. and its licensors retain ownership rights in CoreOS™, its skills, instructions, documentation, marks, and other protected materials. Your purchase grants one individual person a license to install and use the delivered CoreOS™ v1.0 software package. It does not transfer ownership or authorize redistribution, resale, publication, disclosure, sublicensing, or repackaging except as expressly authorized in writing.
14. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices associated with the website, intake, fulfillment, and support.
15. Security and product changes
We may implement security controls and reasonable software, documentation, installation, or support changes. Third-party AI platform availability is not guaranteed by Genie-us Software.
16. Suspension and termination
Support or access to controlled delivery resources may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful use, breach, nonpayment, harm to others, or as required by law, subject to applicable rights and any written agreement.
17. Warranties and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any express commitments stated in these Terms and Conditions or a written agreement.
18. Limitation of liability
Liability is governed by these Terms and Conditions, any applicable written agreement, and applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Delaware law, subject to applicable non-waivable law and any dispute procedures established by an applicable written agreement.
20. Export, sanctions, and compliance
You may not use the products or services in violation of export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption rules, or other applicable law.
21. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Changes will be published on this page with an updated date and any notice or consent required by law.
22. General terms
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable written agreement, govern the relevant product or service.
