This policy explains how Genie-us Software, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information across its public website and product-access workflows.
Release boundary: This document is approved and governed by the canonical legal configuration for the current public release.
1. Who we are
Genie-us Software, Inc. provides Genie-usOS™, a governed operating environment for high-stakes AI work, together with About Us, DiscoveryPass™, CoreOS™, intake, support, feedback, and runtime-status experiences described on this site.
2. Information we collect
Depending on what you request, we may collect identifiers and professional details, organization and role information, product selections, purchasing-route information, support and activation references, messages, work-context descriptions, feedback, and technical records needed to secure and operate the service. Payment-card information must be collected only by an approved payment processor and not by these website forms.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, activation links, government identifiers, or unnecessary confidential client material.
3. How we use information
We may use information to deliver requested materials; review eligibility and fit; route product intake, payment, activation, institutional purchasing, support, feedback, and privacy requests; maintain security and decision evidence; improve the customer experience; meet legal obligations; and protect rights and safety. We do not use submitted content for model training unless a separately approved policy and legally sufficient notice and choice are established.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests balanced against individual rights, compliance with law, and consent where applicable.
5. How information may be disclosed

The published static site does not currently include non-essential analytics or advertising technology. Applicable opt-out rights will be honored where required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service context. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this policy does not promise absolute security.

Authorized-agent and identity-verification rules will be applied proportionately.

California
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, subject to scope, exceptions, and verification requirements.
Delaware and Maryland
Residents may have access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, and appeal rights when the applicable Delaware or Maryland law covers the processing. Requests will be assessed under the law in effect at the time.
12. International users and transfers
International-use obligations, if applicable, are handled under the governing terms, service context, and applicable law.
13. Children
The services are intended for professional and business use and are not directed to children.
14. Third-party services
Links and approved providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. References to AI platforms or payment services do not imply a formal partnership or endorsement.

Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and any notice required by applicable law.
