Purchase Terms
These purchase terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid access and institutional purchasing in the current approved public release.
Release boundary: This document is approved and governed by the canonical legal configuration for the current public release.
1. Order authority and acceptance
The purchaser confirms authority to place the order and provide accurate billing and organization information. An intake, invoice request, or checkout initiation does not guarantee acceptance, fulfillment, or installation confirmation. An order is accepted only through the approved confirmation path.
2. CoreOS™ purchases
CoreOS™ v1.0 is $499 as a one-time purchase. The approved purchase delivers the package, installation instructions, Installation Check guidance, and support path. The approved cancellation route is /support/.
3. Payment processing
Card payments must be processed through an approved payment processor. The public intake forms do not request or store card numbers, security codes, or bank credentials. Invoice and institutional routes remain subject to review and written approval.
4. Taxes, currency, and fees
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and payment timing are governed by the presented checkout flow, any approved order form, and applicable law.
5. Delivery and Installation Check
Payment confirmation, institutional approval, artifact delivery, and Installation Check are distinct states. Use begins only after the approved package is delivered and the installation result is confirmed or otherwise truthfully reported.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation mechanics are available at /support/. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and non-waivable statutory rights are governed by these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
7. Failed payment, suspension, and changes
We may suspend or decline fulfillment for failed payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal noncompliance, subject to applicable rights and any approved written agreement.
