Acceptable Use Policy
This draft policy defines baseline restrictions for safe, lawful, authorized use of Genie-us Software™ services.
Release boundary: Draft for legal review. Not final until approved by Genie-us Software counsel.
1. Use lawfully and with authority
Do not use the services to violate law, court orders, sanctions, contractual duties, professional rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or confidentiality obligations. Do not submit client material or personal information without appropriate authority.
2. Protect people and decisions
Do not use outputs as an unreviewed substitute for professional judgment in high-stakes decisions. Do not facilitate discrimination, harassment, exploitation, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or decisions prohibited by applicable law.
3. Protect systems and access
Do not probe, bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, governance, access controls, rate limits, activation boundaries, or service availability. Do not share credentials or activation links with unauthorized people.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the services to distribute malware, steal credentials, commit fraud, enable violence or abuse, exploit minors, or generate unlawful content. Do not misrepresent AI-generated work, evidence, approvals, or completion states.
5. Sensitive and regulated data
Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, government identifiers, health information, criminal-justice records, biometric identifiers, or other restricted data unless an approved written agreement and secure workflow expressly authorize it. The definitive restricted-data schedule is Pending counsel approval.
6. Third-party platforms
Follow the rules and access boundaries of any connected AI platform or service. Do not use the services to evade a third party’s safeguards or terms.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Suspected violations may be investigated and access may be limited or suspended proportionately to risk, contract, and applicable law. Emergency, appeal, evidence-preservation, and reporting procedures are Pending counsel and company approval. Contact: Pending company approval.
